We spent all day at the airport today. We had to get off of the ship around 10:30a but our flight didn't leave until 5:40p. So, we just sat around at the airport until our flight left.

We spent the whole day today at Sea. We slept the majority of the day but got up to do some things. We layed out by the pool for a while today.

We went to Belize today. Man was that SCARY!
The shops were fenced in a kind of compound. Around the compound were Belizeans that were sticking the arms and hands into the gate trying to reach out at people. Almost like reaching out of a jail cell. They had security guarding the entrances and exits out of the compound, trying to keep people from coming into it.
We went to a shop, ate, and quickly left.

We went to Cozmel today. Boy was that an experience.
The day started off with a breakfast in bed (compliments of the honeymoon package). I decided that we should go to a place called Xel Ha which was supposed to be a great place for snorkeling.
I paid $250 for us to go on this trip.
We started out on a Mexican boat that took us from Cozmel to the main land. As soon as we got on the boat they passed out barf bags to everybody. The water was so wavy and choppy that people were literally falling all over the place. People all over the boat were puking their brains out. It was like popcorn. Puke bags were full and the whole place reaked like vomit. Of course, as soon as Beth smelled puke she ran to the bathroom and barfed her brains out as well. So much for the in bed breakfast.
We finally made it then had to spend an hour waiting and riding in a van that took us to Xel Ha. We only ended up being able to spend 2 hours at the place. The 2 hours that we did spend were great. The place was truly beautiful and came with free food and drinks. It definitely wasn't worth $230 dollars though.
Beth was sick for pretty much the rest of the night. So I went to the casino and played blackjack. I actually won some money. About $15.
People on the boat were so sick that night that the room service changed the soup of the day to chicken noodle soup.

We went to Keywest today. I was kind of sea sick as soon as we got off the boat. I kept feeling like I was still on the boat even though we were on land.
Beth and I went into a store and bought a shot glass. When we were checking out, the cashier was an extremely liberal man that was raving about how glad he was that Obama appears to be winning Ohio. I just smiled and laughed.
We went to Sloppy Joe's and of course got a sloppy joe. Beth tried one of the Sloppyrita's which was like a margaritta.
Because I bought a honeymooners package, champagne was delivered to our stateroom today.

We were all ready to head out to the port this morning, however, the port was mysteriously closed. They were not allowing anyone in or out of the port. The port had called our hotel and told them not to send any shuttles over. We found out later that a "suspicious" package was floating near the boat and so they weren't even letting the previous cruisers off.
We didn't end up going to the show that night since we were so tired.
We met our dinner couple tonight. They seemed kind of snobby. Too soon to tell. We didn't really seem to have too much in common with them.
We got a swedish massage tonight. It was pretty much amazing.

This morning we had a brunch with our parents and family. We opened our gifts tonight and got a lot of great things.
We left for Fort Lauderdale, Florida at about 4p. When we finally got there we thought that they had lost our luggage. All of the bags had come out on the baggage carousel except for ours. When we went to the AirTran office to complain, we saw our luggage sitting outside of the office. Apparently it had come on an earlier flight. We're still not sure as to why we couldn't have come on an earlier flight too.
Eric tracked our entire flight on the computer and was able to provide us with constant updates as to our location and flight information.
We once again stayed in a room in a Hampton Inn & Suites.
